Dr. Poulter completed an orthopedic surgery residency at the University of Michigan in 2007 and an orthopedic spine fellowship from University of California, San Francisco in 2008.  His practice focuses on cervical, thoracic and lumbar spine.  He holds clinic at the OrthoIndy Northwest, South, and St. Vincent Carmel offices.
